  • Suratwwala Business Group: The subsidiary of the company has obtained a Rs 69 crore EPC contract for a 20 MW AC/28.1 MW DC solar power plant in Maharashtra from Shree Tatyasaheb Kore Warana SSK.
  • Capital India Finance has sanctioned the issuance of listed, rated, secured non-convertible debentures amounting to Rs 100 crore via private placement. This issuance includes a base issue of Rs 50 crore and an additional Rs 50 crore green shoe option.
  • Venus Pipes & Tubes has sanctioned a preferential issuance of as many as 22.28 lakh equity shares at a price of Rs 1,670 per share, totalling up to Rs 372 crore, contingent upon the necessary approvals from shareholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Highway Infrastructure: The company has secured a Rs 105.08 crore Letter of Acceptance for the inaugural year concerning toll plaza operations and user-fee collection on the Gorakhpur Link Motorway. The two-year contract is valued at Rs 220.66 crore, including escalation.
