  • Lloyds Metals and Energy: The company’s board has sanctioned a Rs 1,550 crore NCD issuance and intends to enhance its DRI capacity to exceed 900,000 MTPA.
  • Onwards Technologies has secured a renewal of a multi-year managed digital services contract valued at Rs 44.46 crore, with the terms of the agreement extending from August 2026 to August 2029. The renewed contract reflects a value increase of 72% compared to the prior engagement.
